Ingredients: - 1 can Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin - 1 can Carnation Evaporated Milk - 3/4 cup granulated sugar - 1/2 tsp salt - 1 tsp ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp ground ginger - 1/4 tsp ground cloves - 2 large eggs - 1 pie shell

Directions: 1. Mix the dry ingredients in a small bowl. 2. Beat the eggs in a large bowl. 3. Stir in the pumpkin and the dry ingredient mixture. 4. Gradually stir in the milk. 5. Pour the mixture into the pie shell. 6. Bake in a preheated 425°F oven for 15 minutes. 7. Reduce the temperature to 350°F and bake for 30-40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. 8. Cool the pie on a wire rack for 2 hours. 9. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
